There’s this disheartening scenario that keeps popping up over and over again. I’m sure you’ve seen it too.
A physical therapy practice owner receives a resignation letter from one of their physical therapists. Immediately, the stress kicks in.
"How am I going to cover their patients?” they ask themselves.
Sadly, the owner already knows the answer. They will either have to overwhelm their current team or DO THE WORK THEMSELVES!
Quickly the owner revises the job ad, throws it up online, and prays for a miracle all the while trying not to think about how this will limit their time with their family.
They become a candle being lit from both ends. After weeks of working multiple jobs at the same time, someone finally responds to the job ad.
The candidate isn’t exaaaactaly what they are looking for, but hey, they want to join the team and heaven knows the owner desperately needs help.
